WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Required<ul><li>
Typically, 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.</li><li>
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX, interaction, and visual design across shipped consumer-facing products.</li><li>
Experience leading product design initiatives from discovery through implementation in close partnership with Product and Engineering.</li><li>
Expertise designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.</li><li>
Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.</li><li>
Experience using AI-powered design and coding tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate design exploration and interactive prototyping.</li><li>
Ability to build functional prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product concepts.</li><li>
Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an iterative, collaborative environment.</li><li>

The Sr. Director, Head of Brand Design will lead the execution and evolution of the brand’s visual identity in all channels though a design lens. This senior creative leader will define and drive design strategy—spanning retail, digital, social, and packaging touchpoints—ensuring cohesion, craft, and innovation across every consumer-facing expression of the brand. This role will oversee the brand and design vision from ideation to execution.
