The Social Media &amp; Talent Producer will report into the Senior Vice President of Communications and is based in our New York City office on a hybrid schedule.</p>

What You'll Do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage Brian Kelly's social content calendar, including researching and pitching timely and newsworthy topics. You'll be the driver of this calendar, not just an executor. You'll be constantly evaluating emerging opportunities and making calls on what to produce and when</li>
<li>Script, film, produce, and edit social-first video content across platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok). This includes hands-on production work: you'll write scripts, manage shoots and edit final videos</li>
<li>Collaborate with Communications, Partnerships, Social, and Editorial teams on trending news, partnership launches, and social content strategy</li>
<li>Act as on-set producer and videographer for Brian's content shoots</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all content</li>
<li>Track performance metrics, compile insights, and iterate content strategy accordingly. You'll be responsible for understanding what resonates and adjusting strategy in real time</li>
<li>Support breaking news coverage within the travel and points &amp; miles space</li>
<li>Occasional domestic and international travel will be required</li>

<p><b>What We're Looking For:</b></p>

<li>4-6 years of experience in media production, influencer/talent management, digital content strategy, or a related field</li>
<li>Proven experience producing and editing short-form social video content</li>
<li>Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms</li>
<li>Familiarity with social analytics tools and platform-native insights (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)</li>

Important Accountabilities:</div><div>
Reporting to the Associate Content Director, Social, you will ensure creative excellence when delivering work for clients. This is the ideal position for someone who is energized by collaborating with teammates and clients and always has their finger on the pulse of social.</div><ul><li>
You will be an individual contributor and create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other social media channels.</li><li>
You will manage personal production on social content photo and video shoots.</li><li>
You will brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.</li><li>
You will pitch ideated content to internal and client teams</li><li>
You have a passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through social media formats.</li></ul><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
1-year minimum experience; bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required</li><li>
Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) and provide visual guidance on social assets.</li><li>
You must be comfortable shooting on an iPhone and have video editing skills.</li><li>
You have shot in a lit studio environment and are not afraid to do your own styling.</li><li>
Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Illustrator)</li><li>
