As Sr. Manager, Marketing Innovation &amp; AI, you&rsquo;ll lead the design, experimentation, and adoption of AI-driven tools and processes that transform how ADP markets globally. You&rsquo;ll help teams across the organization unlock new levels of productivity, creativity, and precision &mdash; from campaign orchestration to content creation and measurement.
You&rsquo;ll also play a critical role in supporting our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts by ensuring our marketing organization has the right platforms, workflows, and enablement programs to maximize visibility and performance in the age of generative discovery.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that blends marketing strategy, technology, and organizational change to help ADP build one of the most advanced, future-ready marketing engines in the industry.
Key Responsibilities

<li><ul><li>Take direct, hands-on responsibility for designing, piloting, and scaling AI-powered tools and processes that enhance how marketing teams research, ideate, plan, create, and deliver work across ADP&rsquo;s global ecosystem.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Partner closely with the GEO team to identify, test, and operationalize technologies and workflows that enable ADP&rsquo;s content to perform effectively in generative search environments.</li>
<li>Champion multimodal innovation&mdash;ensuring ADP&rsquo;s marketing ecosystem is equipped to optimize and distribute not only text-based content but also visual, audio, and interactive assets that strengthen discoverability and engagement in multimodal generative platforms.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Advance Agentic Systems and Workflows</li>
<li><ul><li>Drive the adoption and integration of emerging AI agents and automation frameworks into marketing processes.</li>
<li>Develop and implement scalable, responsible pathways for agentic systems to support content generation, tagging, campaign management, and insights.</li>
</ul></li><li>Build AI Enablement and Adoption Programs</li>
<li><ul><li>Develop structured enablement programs, playbooks, and proof-of-concept pilots.</li>
<li>Train and support marketing teams to build confidence and capability in using AI tools.</li>
</ul></li><li>Measure Innovation Impact</li>
<li><ul><li>Define and track metrics that demonstrate the impact of AI on marketing efficiency, creativity, and business outcomes.</li>
<li>Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing improvements.</li>

Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in marketing, digital transformation, or marketing technology</li>
<li>Strategic understanding of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and enthusiasm for applying them to marketing use cases</li>
<li>Exposure to or curiosity about agentic AI systems, including autonomous or semi-autonomous agents and workflow orchestration tools</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to learn fast and translate emerging technology into actionable business value</li>
<li>Experience leading marketing process design, enablement, or technology implementation</li>
<li>Strong grasp of content structure, SEO, and digital experience principles</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills &mdash; able to make complex ideas accessible to executives and non-technical teams</li>
<li>Proven track record of collaboration across global, matrixed organizations</li>
<li>Deep intellectual curiosity and growth mindset &mdash; constantly exploring new tools, testing new ideas, and sharing insights with others</li>
<li>Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through research, iteration, and experimentation</li>
</ul>Role is hybrid out of an ADP office.
<div>Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year*
