Responsible for the development and implementation of digital and social media strategy.
This individual will play a very important role in our Digital Team. Their work will be vital to the seamless implementation of digital marketing campaigns and performance reporting that leads to the renewal of business. The Digital Project Manager will receive direction and guidance from the Digital Strategy Manager and Digital Brand Strategists as to what elements of the campaign will need managing, along with helping with launch and on-going reporting.

<li>Receive completed RFP&rsquo;s (request for proposals) and IO&rsquo;s (insertion orders) from sales and DBS and correctly input them properly with vendors and in dashboards.</li>
<li>Relationship and trust building with our advertisers, along with client knowledge.</li>
<li>Work with DBS and Digital Strategy Manager on execution of campaigns. Gather and proof all materials. Work with all parties until directions are clear and complete.</li>
<li>Work with 3rd party vendors organizing and supplying them all needed art, copy, links, and necessary materials to run a successful campaign. Build UTM codes and ensure correct ad tag placement when needed.</li>
<li>Monitor progress of projects. Watch and stick to deadlines and help assure that campaigns start and end on time.</li>
<li>Prioritize workload to ensure deadline as met.</li>
<li>Work with Digital Strategy Manager and DBS to revise, create and implement new processes as needed.</li>
<li>Learn strategy recommendations for campaigns in development.</li>
<li>Organize and work with vendors to monitor campaign delivery for all types of Digital campaigns and communicate relevant metrics or perceived issues to Digital Strategy Manager and DBS.</li>
<li>Utilize statistics from vendor dashboards and Google Analytics to develop and provide client facing, regular, monthly campaign recaps and additional recaps and reports as assigned or needed.</li>
<li><ul><li>Recaps include analyzing impressions, click throughs, conversions, Google Analytics statistics, and additional metrics.</li>

Independently perform complex forensic data collections and analysis in both on-site and remote capacity</li><li>
