In Your First Year</b></p><ul><li>
Document our core experience strategy methodology so it can be applied consistently across the team, independent of any single person</li><li>
Build or strengthen relationships with our freelance analytics, research, and UX network&mdash;so we're staffing strategy work with the right people, reliably</li><li>
Take active ownership of strategy on at least two or three complex client engagements, establishing what great looks like</li><li>

What You Bring</b></h4><p>
Experience / Qualifications</p><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required</b></h5><ul><li>
10 years in UX strategy, content strategy, or digital strategy, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or practice-lead role</li><li>
Proven ability directing discovery, research, and data-informed strategy&mdash;not just executing, but leading teams and clients through complex processes</li><li>
Deep expertise in information architecture, user journey mapping, content frameworks, and digital experience planning</li><li>
Strong understanding of CRM technologies, conversion optimization, analytics platforms, and user testing methodologies</li><li>
Solid grounding in modern CMSs, accessibility standards, and responsive/mobile experience principles</li><li>
Genuine curiosity about and working familiarity with emerging web technologies, including AI-powered tools and platforms that are changing how users find, navigate, and engage with digital content, and how we and our clients can leverage them</li><li>
Track record delivering complex digital platforms for clients</li><li>
Outstanding written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executives and cross-functional teams</li><li>
Demonstrated success managing and developing strategists or researchers</li><li>
