Cultivate donor relationships with individuals, foundations, and businesses. Maintain a donor database to support strategic fundraising and IRS compliance. Oversee and participate in the implementation of grant-seeking, individual donor engagement, and corporate sponsorship development. Manage effective instructor and volunteer recruitment, communication, placement, training, and engagement. Measure and communicate program outcomes and implement changes as necessary.</p><p><b>COMMUNICATIONS</b></p><p>Supervise the creation and implementation of an integrated communications strategy to increase the visibility of Girls Rock! DC across key stakeholder audiences and deepen engagement with the organization&rsquo;s supporters. Ensure the use of a consistent, mission-aligned Girls Rock! DC &lsquo;voice&rsquo;.
