Work Location: </b>The Directors Office team works in a hybrid model, with days in the office as well as telecommuting. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements. The Specialty Beverage Manager - West, Food Service Brands, is responsible for achieving volume and profit objectives within the Western United States. <li>Collaborate with Commercial Effectiveness and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies, channel plans, and go-to-market execution to achieve brand-level Annual Operating Plan growth targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance leadership to ensure strong alignment toward achieving trade-spend budgets and profitability improvement targets aligned to the Annual Operating Plan. Work with Commercial Finance and the Sales Director to gain approval for high-impact decisions.</li>

The pay range for this position is $88,100 - $163,700 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
