Job SummaryThe Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily truck and grapple operations to ensure efficient material delivery, maximize truck utilization, and support revenue generation. Requirements:
A successful Dispatcher candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy and the ability to function in an electronic communication environment are essential. A working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements is necessary. Through effective application of service dispatch systems and methods, assess type and urgency of service requests and assign to appropriate service technicians.
