Please see additional details below&quot;Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for the maintenance of all buildings and grounds within the complex, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool, and HVAC.</li><li>Responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance and replacement of all building equipment.</li><li>Responsible for the inspection of all buildings and grounds daily to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly.</li><li>Responsible for identifying and reporting any building maintenance needs that may be required over the phone or in person.</li><li>Responsible for completing any required maintenance reports on a timely basis as requested by management.</li><li>Responsible for completing any required work orders on an as-needed basis as directed by management.</li></ul>Qualifications: &middot;High School Diploma or equivalent required.
