<p><b>Position Overview: </b>As the Associate, Strategic Finance you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's strategic planning and operational efficiency. You will leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to provide valuable insights and contribute to high-impact projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership (CEO, COO, VP of Finance, Director of Corporate Development &amp; Strategic Operations) and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with a growing portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Operations.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>Strategic Finance:</p>
<ul><li>Working with cross-functional teams at the Company level to analyze key current KPIs, pipeline for organic M&amp;A / acqui-hires, with a particular focus on the Initial Digital business unit</li>
<li>Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting processes, leveraging strong Excel modeling skills</li>
<li>Collaborating on board reporting, including monthly reviews and board materials</li>
<li>Integrating FP&amp;A processes and systems for current and future business units</li></ul>
<p>Strategic Operations:</p>
<ul><li>Assisting with other operational projects, including the implementation of a new revenue bookings system</li></ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>2+ years of investment banking or private equity experience with an interest in media</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with a lean team</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in financial modeling and data / KPI analysis</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li></ul>

This role is a full-time in-person position in Initial Group's New York, NY Headquarters.</p><br>
<p><b>Compensation</b><br>
