This role will support the planning and execution of our in-person and virtual events, including Samba-hosted experiences, industry events, participation in major tentpoles (CES, Cannes Lions, etc.), partner activations, and webinars. Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to events or conference coordination</li>
<li>SAS experience</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment</li>
<li>Analytical and technically capable &mdash; comfortable working with data, tools, and structured workflows</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence</li></ul>

<div>The Datadog Global Events Team is hiring a Senior Event Marketing Manager to lead customer Summits across the EMEA region. This position will be based in New York and report to the Summit Series Group Manager based in the US. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of event operations and marketing experience and is comfortable managing multiple international events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. International travel within EMEA is required and will be approximately 40% for this role.

This lead planner position will own several Summits across EMEA, including key markets such as the UK, France, and Germany, and will play a critical role in growing the Summit series year over year in both established and emerging markets. We are looking for a candidate with strong project management skills who can lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver high-impact events. Previous experience working within these regions is preferred.

<li>Strong vendor and agency management skills, with a track record of successful onsite execution</li>
<li>Organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects independently</li>
<li>Curious, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li>
<li>Proactive problem solver with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks</li>

 Indagare is seeking a Travel Planning Support representative to join our team to service our Self-Planner members, providing quick turnaround on hotel bookings, as well as weekend coverage for our Bookings team. Reporting to our Operations Manager, this position will be one of four members on the Travel Planning Support team, overlapping weekends and weekdays for a set schedule consisting of five consecutive workdays.
 
 
 You will report to an Operations Manager. This is a fully remote position.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 You must be able to work weekends (Saturday OR Sunday), as well as four weekdays.

 Service the company&rsquo;s Self Planner members, confirming hotel reservations via email, phone, and Indagare&rsquo;s booking platform.

 Collaborate closely with Indagare&rsquo;s Tech department to improve tech-enabled parts of the reservations process.

 Manage the company&rsquo;s Live Chat functionality on the website to support booking hotel reservation requests or other travel-related questions.

 Help troubleshoot weekend Bookings emergencies with the support of the trip designing teams who own the client accounts.

 Support the Trip Designers by executing operational tasks including but not limited to data entry, itinerary creation, supplier communications, hotel reservations, and more.

 Provide main phone line backup to the Administrative Assistant.

 Take on company-wide projects and other responsibilities for the business as prioritized by the Bookings Leadership Team.

 Expand your knowledge of the travel industry and destinations via Indagare training sessions and programs to grow into various roles throughout the Bookings department
