The Events Manager oversees the planning and implementation of firm-wide client and internal events. This position will own and manage all elements of an event from conception to measurement, including but not limited to project management, vendor negotiation and supervision, budget management, and event logistics. The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 &ndash; $90,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data. The Senior Strategic Planner is a critical architect of this mission. This role doesn't just track capacity&mdash;it designs the operational engine that allows a world-class creative organization to scale with precision, deliver with speed, and sustain the competitive advantage that makes BIL campaigns the most-awarded in Amazon Ads. Key job responsibilities 
<ul><li>Architect a reliable global capacity plan&mdash;assess headcount needs across creative development stages, country teams, and verticals to enable consistent delivery at scale.</li><li>Drive capacity optimization by balancing business impact, employee experience, and cost efficiency; identify and resolve bottlenecks in real time.</li><li>Accelerate AI tool adoption and workflow automation across the team, translating technology investments into measurable productivity gains.</li><li>Deliver a robust KPI and reporting infrastructure&mdash;build dashboards and analytic frameworks that surface actionable insights for business and finance stakeholders.</li><li>Build and maintain planning processes that reflect end-customer experience; document workflows and present findings clearly to multi-level audiences.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, finance stakeholders, recruiting, and data teams to align resources and priorities for near-term execution.</li></ul> 
A day in the life 
Imagine your morning starts with analyzing capacity reports&mdash;identifying bottlenecks across creative pipelines. Mid-morning, you model the impact of AI tools adoption on resourcing scenarios for Finance stakeholders. After lunch, you write strategic narratives translating pipeline data into insightful analyses for leadership reviews. Afternoon brings cross-functional alignment&mdash;partnering with Recruiting on hiring velocity and Business teams on resource trade-offs. You close the day refining global capacity frameworks that balance growth ambitions against operational constraints across multi-country teams.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>Experience in SQL or other relational databases</li><li>5+ years of Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Master's degree or above</li><li>Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent</li><li>Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders</li><li>Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools</li><li>Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience with automation and any version control tools and experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP)</li><li>Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment</li></ul>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
