Job Summary</h2>

Monitor and regularly update actual spending against the budget throughout the planning process, making adjustments as needed to stay within financial limits. Reconcile final budgets post-event, ensuring all invoices are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Event Planning &amp; Logistics
<ul><li>Food and Beverage Menu Planning: Collaborate with venues, caterers, and food vendors, to develop menus and meeting specifications for the dinner, considering dietary restrictions, attendee preferences, and event considerations. Estimate and price out food and beverage options and costs, ensuring the offerings fit within the event&rsquo;s budget without compromising quality or attendee satisfaction.</li>
<li>Event Specifications and Banquet Event Orders (BEO): Create detailed dinner specifications independently outlining the event requirements, including room setup, audio-visual needs, catering, and special accommodations. Review, revise, and approve Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) independently to ensure that all dinner-related needs are accurately documented and fulfilled by the venue.</li>
<li>Headcount Monitoring: Working in collaboration with the team, monitor headcount fluctuations in the days leading up to the dinner and adjust logistics, banquet orders, vendor orders, seating arrangements, and materials to reflect accurate attendee numbers, optimizing both costs and guest experience.</li>
<li>Vendor &amp; Venue Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary contact for all venue and vendor communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates on the event timeline, setup, and logistics. Coordinate delivery schedules, event setup, and tear-down with all third-party vendors, including caterers, A/V teams, florists, decorators, transportation providers, and security personnel. Maintain regular touchpoints with the venue management to address any changes or issues that arise during the planning phase and event day.</li>
<li>Space Plotting, Flow Management, &amp; Layout: As needed, support design the physical layout of the dinner space to ensure a comfortable and engaging attendee experience.</li>

 The Media Planner is responsible for campaign management activities across both digital media and paid social plans for the team&rsquo;s roster of clients. Such activities include campaign set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting and billing reconciliation. This is a client-facing role and He/she/they will work with internal teams across all agency pillars. This role is also responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by senior team members and clients.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing, branding campaigns, etc.) both independently, and in support of team managers
 </li>

 Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to digital media and paid social best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development of client-facing materials, such as presentation decks and campaign performance reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
 </li>

 Traffic campaign tags through the ad trafficking platform Google CM360
 </li>
 <li>
 Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
 </li>

 Responsible for keeping up-to-date billing charts and working with billing department to ensure all bills are paid

 Follow, analyze, and optimize against digital trends and the latest technological advancements in media landscape
 </li>

 Participate in writing agency POVs to evaluate media opportunities and increase knowledge sharing throughout the company

 Utilize planning tools such as comScore, MRI and other resources to create high level media plan strategy
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in marketing, advertising or equivalent

 2-3 years of experience of digital and social media buying in an agency setting
 </li>

 Advanced knowledge and experience with the following platforms is required:
