Project PROVIDE: Partnership for Readiness to Offer high quality and Valuable Interventions in Diverse Educational Contexts, is a Mental Health Demonstration grant funded by the US Department of Education to Boston Public Schools in connection with multiple local Institutes of Higher Education. Project PROVIDE is a preparation program for school psychologists, school counselors, and social work professionals who (1) are knowledgeable of BPS, have built connections to the community of youth and providers in the district, and are on a pathway to employment and retention within the district (2) are prepared to provide evidence-based and culturally, linguistically, sustaining mental health services, and (3) are ready to build connections between schools and community mental health services.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

The Catering Manager is responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Soliciting new accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to exceed Food &amp; Beverage revenue goals.</li>
<li>Overseeing client functions to ensure complete customer service satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct necessary site inspections, up-selling, suggesting menus, event and activities to ensure success.</li>
<li>Organize and plan all details of the client's needs including: menus, function room layout, outside activities, meeting times, check in/out procedures.</li>
<li>Create and distribute clear and concise resumes and BEOs that detail the clients requests to all appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Ensure that all billing and charges for services are rendered.</li>
<li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 1-2 years as a hotel catering sales manager.</li>
<li>4 year college degree preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with customer needs and resolve complaints.</li>
<li>Ability to establish and master goals and participate as a team player.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
