Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Learning &amp; Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.</div></li><li><div>
Five (5) years of experience in organizational learning needs assessment, instructional program design, facilitation, evaluation, strategic career pathing, and training material development.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in digital literacy, technology training, or workforce upskilling initiatives, particularly in support of staff and community-facing services.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office365, and Learning Management System (LMS) design/utilization.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with technologies used by the general public, including PCs, mobile devices, operating systems, productivity software, browsers, and Internet-based tools.</div></li><li><div>
Experience supporting or training IT staff, digital services teams, or technology-focused roles.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Learning &amp; Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a closely related field.</div></li><li><div>
IT certification such as A+, Security+, Network+, Google Fundamentals, or a related certification.</div></li><li><div>
Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs within a public library system, municipal government, nonprofit, or public-sector environment.</div></li><li><div>
Experience conducting organizational learning needs assessments and developing training solutions aligned with equity, access, and inclusion goals.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency administering and managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, reporting, and user support.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG).</div></li><li><div>
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including frontline staff, supervisors, and leadership.</div></li><li><div>
Project management experience related to training initiatives, curriculum development, or system-wide implementations.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Knowledge of principles and practices of digital literacy instruction, technology training, and workforce upskilling for adult learners.</div></li><li><div>
Skilled in adult learning theory and instructional strategies appropriate for seniors and community-based learners with varied skill levels.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge and understanding of barriers to technology access and use, including issues related to digital equity, accessibility, and inclusion.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of community-based education models and best practices for delivering instruction in library branches, senior centers, and community organizations.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable tools for managing courses, tracking participation, and evaluating program outcomes.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive instructional practices (e.g., ADA compliance, Universal Design for Learning).</div></li><li><div>
Customer service principles as applied to public-facing educational programs.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid classes in library and community-based settings.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to assess participant learning needs and adapt instruction in real time to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to communicate complex technology concepts in clear, plain language.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
