The Facilities Supervisor oversees the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Essential Duties:
<ul><li>Serves as a working supervisor for assigned personnel, providing guidance on daily tasks. Develops work schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitors the performance of assigned staff, including subcontractors. Collaborates with managers on disciplinary matters and conducts performance management discussions.</li><li>

Performs a monthly quality and safety walk-through of the entire site with a customer direct report or as needed. Works with the designated Site Safety Technician to initiate safety topics and ensure bi-weekly safety meetings are conducted and that the required attendance sheets are completed and on file.</li><li>
Reads and provides interpretations to all compliance requirements, blueprints, schematics, O&amp;M manuals and specifications to ensure standardization of work.</li><li>
Covers defined shifts and performs maintenance and operational duties as required to assure contract compliance.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. The Maintenance Supervisor works alongside the Community Manager in ensuring the responsibility of overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property.

Phlebotomist I performs daily phlebotomy activities of the Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-office Phlebotomy (IOP) accurately and on time. The person in this position interacts with the client, patients, and other PathGroup personnel in a professional and courteous manner and performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Greets customers appropriately. Treat all customers in a courteous manner.</li>
<li>Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Collects specimens according to established procedures. Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required. Reduces patient anxiety by providing a calm environment for patients before, during and after the collection process.</li>
<li>Disposes of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies. Disposes of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.</li>
<li>Completes requisitions accurately.</li>
<li>Enters patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer. Requires attention to detail to maintain high level of accuracy. Communicate with clients to confirm handwritten orders, verify test(s) ordered, obtain accurate billing information, i.e. diagnosis codes, UPIN information, etc.</li>
<li>Researches test/client information utilizing lab computer system.</li>
<li>Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order.</li>

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 With supervision, prepare basic specifications for project assignments detailing client performance requirements, specific component needs, design requirements, applicable design codes, and vendor drawing requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare routine sketches and perform routine engineering calculations for project assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review vendor drawings for compliance with project specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and maintain awareness of the schedule and budget for assigned project assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to company quality standards and follow engineering checking and approval procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in company and client hazard identification and observation programs, and immediately report any unsafe acts, conditions or incidents to your supervisor.

 Interact with drafting/design group to develop and review engineering drawings.
 </li>

 Visit job-sites to evaluate site, project requirements, and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit vendor facilities to inspect equipment for compliance with requirements/specifications.

 Prepare inquiry and purchase requisitions as well as bid tabulations associated with equipment purchases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform basic checking of engineering drawings and mathematical calculations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to safe design practices, while focusing on identifying cost saving opportunities.

 EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from ABET Accredited Institution preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2+ years' of experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Caesar II, NozzlePRO and/or PIPE-FLO software experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of the design of piping systems and process equipment preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of piping, pressure vessel and equipment codes (ASME, API, etc.) preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work related problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to comprehend instructions and request clarification as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
