<p>Oppenheimer provides Analysts with a high level of responsibility and extensive access to senior management and clients. Transaction teams at Oppenheimer are typically small in size, providing Analysts with significant responsibilities and client-facing experience early in their career.</p>
<p>Analysts&rsquo; responsibilities include:</p>
<p>(i) Prepare financial analyses and bond models;<br>
(ii) Conduct due diligence investigations;<br>
(iii) Support the preparation of detailed presentation materials and pitch books;<br>
(iv) Respond to requests for proposals and;<br>
(v) Support the senior bankers on live transactions.</p>
