 The CX Associate plays a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality customer support across multiple Hae CPG client brands. This is an entry-level field sales role with a clear path toward becoming a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) within 18 months.</div><div></div><div> 
As part of this upcoming cohort, you&rsquo;ll become fully cross-trained on our entire Wound Care portfolio, gaining the product expertise, clinical understanding, and field experience needed to drive meaningful customer impact in the Acute and Post-Acute markets.</div><div></div><div> 
This role will cover the New York City and New Jersey areas to support the award-winning Empire Region. You'll learn from a team of high achievers in a collaborative environment</div><div></div><div> 
During your first six months, you will:</div>

Follow a structured milestone-based development plan</li><li>
Build foundational clinical and product knowledge across the full Wound Care portfolio</li><li>
Receive ongoing, robust performance feedback from both your Sales Enablement Manager and Region Manager</li><li>
Learn through real-world sales calls, case coverage, distributor interactions, and customer engagement</li></ul><div></div><div> 
From there, you will work more closely with the Regional Sales team to:</div><ul><li>
Build and expand customer relationships by educating clinicians on product features, distinctions, and utilization
</li><li>Support sales calls, presentations, and product introductions to help achieve regional sales goals
</li><li>Collaborate with distributor partners to drive aligned sales and marketing efforts
</li><li>Resolve customer issues in partnership with our Customer Service team
</li><li>Assist with sales meeting preparation, presentations, and trade show support
</li><li>Participate in special projects such as temporary territory coverage or shadowing senior sales professionals</li></ul><div></div><div>

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $65,000 annually; this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus &amp; car reimbursement.

What you&rsquo;ll need:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field from an accredited college and/or university required
</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Marketing Experience preferred,
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license &amp; clean driving record that permits the driving of company-owned vehicles</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing, which may include Covid-19 vaccinations.</li><li>
Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.</li></ul>
