<div>The opportunity:
We are seeking a Regional Sr. Finance Manager that will report to the Sr. Director Finance &ndash; NA Consumer Ops. This individual will be responsible for the Southeast Cartons Region. This role will, through fact-based analysis, provide insights, recommendations, analysis and drive improvements in operations, sales and the overall profitability of the Region and Division. The Sr. Finance Manager will be a business partner to the Region Vice President of Operations, multiple General Managers and accountable for the bottom-line results in conjunction with Plants, Region and Division management. He/She will also lead the Gross productivity process for the Division and will provide leadership for the finance team in their area, including developing talent, mentoring and coaching of team members. In this position, the Manager of Finance will be expected to provide total financial leadership, direction and analysis to the functional management team. As a member of the strategic leadership team for the function, the leader of Finance will play a key role in driving functional metrics, controlling costs, and work closely with the finance leadership, in order to achieve business goals and create shareholder value. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving - Works to fully understand business; identify and implement process and organizational improvements. Plans and ensures execution of department objectives. Participates in preparation of the annual budget, reviews monthly expenditures and ensures that budgetary goals are met. Reviews monthly metrics to ensure goals are met.</li><li>
