 OVERVIEW:
 
 &nbsp;The Specialist, Sales Analyst,&nbsp;plays a critical role in driving business insights and decision-making through robust sales reporting and data analysis&nbsp;for the Kering Beaut&eacute; business.&nbsp;&nbsp;This position&nbsp;serves as the primary liaison with SKYPAD, our third-party business intelligence partner, and manages comprehensive sales reporting processes across North America. This includes weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables tailored to cross-functional stakeholders. The Specialist also oversees the integrity and structure of the master SKU list and supports key business functions with performance data, forecasts, and reporting solutions.&nbsp;This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical thinker with strong Excel skills, a passion for data storytelling, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.&nbsp;
 
 </li>

 Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within retail, beauty, or consumer goods.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.&nbsp;
