The org is a family of roles: Deployment Strategists are the primary technical relationship and AI advisor for each customer, partnering with Deployed Software Engineers to build enterprise-grade features and products. Role Overview</h1>
As a Deployment Strategist on Serval's Agent Deployment team, you&rsquo;ll be the primary technical relationship for Serval&rsquo;s customers: guiding their deployments, advising their AI strategy, and owning their outcomes. You&rsquo;ll work deeply within Serval&rsquo;s existing product surface area: building novel workflows, configuring integrations, and shipping bug fixes and product changes yourself.
This role is for someone who thrives on execution velocity, moving quickly across multiple engagements at once. You&rsquo;re at home in ambiguity and bring a strong blend of technical depth, product sense, and customer obsession. And because you sit closest to how customers actually use Serval, you'll directly shape our product roadmap: the workflows and features you build in the field make their way into the core product.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
