Job Summary:
The Foster Care Case Manager performs case management services for children and families in regular, specialized or home-of-relative foster care programs. The goal is to emphasize meeting clients&rsquo; environmental and psychosocial needs, as well as implementing a permanent living plan for each child.
We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus to licensed candidates who are hired. The new hire must have all DCFS required examinations and certifications completed, including the DCFS Child Welfare Licensure in order to qualify for the bonus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct monthly home visits or more frequently as the program requires.</li>
<li>Arrange and supervise visits between children and their birth parents.</li>
<li>Transport children as needed for visits with biological parents.</li>
<li>Prepare, maintain and provide documents and reports of cases and appear and/or testify in court as necessary.</li>
<li>Assess birth parents and children for strengths and needs.</li>
<li>Refer clients to services and monitor progress in services.</li>

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director with proven experience leading and developing winning real estate solutions for corporate occupiers. Essential duties and responsibilities<ul><li>
Leverage their deep understanding of real estate outsourcing to develop custom solutions for each prospect, evaluating their unique challenges and goals</li><li>
Lead the bid management process through the development of RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations</li><li>
Establish a strategic framework for each proposal&mdash;leading narrative development, solution design, and pricing strategy while directing junior team members to support execution</li><li>

Establish a clear proposal response schedule that outlines action items, responsible parties, and internal deadlines &ndash; including pricing templates and MSA redlines</li><li>

Qualifications
Required:

 The 988/Helpline Outbound Supervisor supports NAMI Chicago&rsquo;s mission by directly supervising 988/HL Outbound shifts and the specialists who are supporting individuals. The NAMI Chicago Helpline and 988 Lifeline Crisis Center Outbound Program provides follow-up crisis intervention, emotional support, information, and resource referrals to people living with mental health conditions, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers, and the public following an initial contact with either call center. The 988/HL Outbound Supervisor provides oversight and live coaching to the specialists. In addition, the Supervisor provides support, assistance, and resources to individuals contacting 988 or the Helpline through phone call, text message, chat, and email as needed. This work centers on listening, supporting everyone&rsquo;s needs and advocating on their behalf as necessary. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while multitasking across various platforms and tasks.

 Shift Supervision: Supervise and support, provide oversight, guidance, and immediate direction to a team of specialists that, in-turn, provide support, information and referrals to contacts who consented for follow-up. Assist in live coaching in-the-moment, problem-solving and navigating issues as they arise during follow-up contact, including crisis contacts, in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintain consistent and effective communication throughout the shift with other supervisors and management. Respond promptly to requests for guidance and support.

Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to support team cohesion and service excellence.

 The job provides technical research support activities related to collecting, documenting, and reporting on basic clinical studies. Supports the administrative and operational tasks for clinical research conducted across the University.
 
 
 The Clinical Research Assistant is part of the Research Incubation Unit of the Office of Clinical Research. The Clinical Research Assistant (RA) is a specialized research professional working with and under the direction of the clinical Principal Investigator (PI). While the Principal Investigator is primarily responsible for the overall design, conduct, and management of clinical research projects, the RA oversees, facilitates and coordinates the daily activities of clinical research and plays a critical role in the conduct of the studies to ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations. This position is housed within the Research Incubation Unit but will work specifically with investigators in the Orthopaedic Surgery Department. By performing these duties, the RA works with the PI, department, sponsor, and institution to support and provide guidance on the administration of the compliance, financial, personnel and other related aspects of the clinical studies.
 
 
 This position will have primary accountability to the Clinical Research Manager for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery within the Office of Clinical Research.
