What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>
Experience: 3-5years of experience in FP&amp;A, accounting, corporate finance, systems implementation, analytics, or related fields. Client facing experience in consulting, investment banking, or public accounting is a plus.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.</li><li>
Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong ability to dive deep into financial data, perform complex analyses, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Ability to synthesize data across different business functions to support high-level decision-making.</li><li>
Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence relationships with key business stakeholders, including senior leadership. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Financial Systems Expertise: Strong experience with Financial Planning, Budgeting, &amp; Forecasting systems such as Anaplan (or similar), with a demonstrated ability to optimize financial systems and reporting processes.</li><li>
