 About the role
 
 
 The Account Manager role is a strategic partner to Roku&rsquo;s Clients and the Roku Ad Sales team. This position plays a key role in ensuring end-to-end success for advertising partners from pre-sale to post-sale via ownership over campaign success and execution. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver on advertiser objectives by using data to inform campaign optimizations, with a focus on lower-funnel marketing goals. This individual is integral in maintaining and growing key partnerships while upselling and maximizing revenue for Roku&rsquo;s advertising business. This individual will have a passion for building strong customer relationships and collaborating closely with internal Ad Support departments. This position requires strong communication skills and a high-level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced sales environment. &nbsp;
 
 
 As an Account Manager supporting the Media &amp; Entertainment vertical, you will work to support the Ad Sales team and adopt a consultative approach to supporting Roku&rsquo;s Ad Sales clients. Account Managers at Roku are involved in each step of the campaign lifecycle from pitch, pre-sale, launch, execution, optimization, post-sale campaign readouts, billing, and client engagement. The role is directly responsible for campaign execution, performance, and Roku ROI.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 For New York - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 annually.

 Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for Roku&rsquo;s clients (top-tier advertisers and agencies)&nbsp;

 Responsible for ensuring campaigns launches are seamless and on time. Regular and constant communication with clients and internal teams to confirm campaign setup and activation&nbsp;

 Frequent monitoring and reporting of campaigns to ensure they are performing and pacing toward client KPIs through optimizations. Provide status updates and reporting to key stakeholders (AEs and clients)&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations and other business operations teams on campaign activations and optimizations&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Finance team to ensure campaigns are properly invoiced each month and work with clients to receive timely payments&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Well organized and detailed-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines&nbsp;

 Ability to work across variety of media types including Direct IO, PG, and PMP campaigns&nbsp;
