Senior Customer Support Associates act as escalation specialists within our broader support team, resolving high-priority issues from internal teams, social media, and executive channels. Operating remotely in US hours, Sr CSAs provide direct customer support, assist Tier 1 advisors with real-time challenges, and ensure consistent handling of public and private escalations while maintaining high service standards across channels.

This role sits within a fast-paced Investor Relations group, supporting a team that works closely with institutional investors around the world. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining seamless operations, coordinating investor communications, managing complex scheduling, and supporting large-scale investor events and roadshows.  Required Qualifications:

 The total cash range for this position in New York is $89,500.00 to $125,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $143,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
 
 
 Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual&rsquo;s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
