The American Osteopathic Foundation is currently seeking a college-level intern for Summer 2026 (May/June through August). There is a possibility of continuing the internship into the fall based on performance and departmental needs (September through December 2026). Start and end dates will be determined with the intern based on their school schedule.

Work closely with marketing, brokerage, leasing, and research teams to develop and deliver design solutions that support property marketing, business development, and company initiatives.</li><li>
Develop multiple design concepts from the creative brief, and present them to stakeholders.</li><li>
Incorporate feedback constructively to refine and improve visual content.</li><li>
Support internal communications, leadership initiatives, and executive presentations with professional, visually aligned collateral.</li><li>
Perform or assume additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in commercial real estate, architecture, corporate marketing, or B2B industries.</li><li>
Experience designing for email, web, social media, and environmental applications (e.g., signage, large-format graphics).</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrates excellence in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across both print and digital mediums.</li><li>
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).</li><li>
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Wix, or other web platforms (WordPress, Squarespace) preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency with PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).</li><li>
Basic understanding of responsive design, asset optimization, and preparing files for both print and digital deployment.</li><li>
Experience with motion/video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.</li><li>
Strong conceptual thinker with a polished, modern design aesthetic and solid foundation in typography, layout, and color theory.</li><li>
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing shifting priorities with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.</li><li>
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and clients.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.</li><li>
Enthusiastic about storytelling, branding, and bringing property campaigns to life through compelling design.</li><li>
Comfortable taking direction and feedback while contributing new ideas and design innovations.</li></ul>
