<p>The American Osteopathic Foundation is currently seeking a college-level intern for Summer 2026 (May/June through August). There is a possibility of continuing the internship into the fall based on performance and departmental needs (September through December 2026). Start and end dates will be determined with the intern based on their school schedule.</p>

Art Director, Creative Development</b></p><p></p><p>
We are seeking an Art Director, Creative Development to join our team, working on one of our newest client wins. You will create a variety of deliverables for fully integrated campaigns including TV, social posts, online video, storyboards, and more. You will report to a Creative Director and be paired with a copywriter.</p><p></p><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll contribute work to new business pitches.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll manage the daily progress of projects from start to finish.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate with Producers, Designers, Client Leadership, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project.</li><li>
You understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends.</li><li>
You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
2 years minimum experience in creative advertising</li><li>
An online portfolio with conceptual integrated campaign examples</li><li>
Comfortable with production and post-production</li><li>
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in advertising, marketing, graphic design or related field; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required</li><li>

Additional Information</b></p><p>
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $72,250. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.</p><p>

JOB OVERVIEW</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Under direction, the Accreditation and Recognition Administrator supports the work of accreditation of Sponsoring Institution-based fellowships, recognition of Non-Standard Training, and other Sponsoring Institution programmatic activities. Responsible for various aspects of meeting logistics and coordination, data management and analysis, project management, troubleshooting and improvement of accreditation and recognition software, group process oversight and record-keeping, and verbal and written communications with graduate medical education and health systems leaders.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Coordinates and manages advisory committees to support peer review and development of institutional accreditation and recognition of Non-Standard Training (NST).</li><li>
Supports the administration of Sponsoring Institution processes, including organizational changes, name changes of ACGME-accredited programs, and development of documents and templates.</li><li>
Documents, reviews, and posts Institutional Review Committee decisions related to NST recognition and SI-Based fellowships, including actions and letters of notification in ADS.</li><li>
Maintains files and filing systems for SI-based fellowships and NST recognition.</li><li>
Gathers and analyzes institutional accreditation and recognition data for use in process improvement and education.</li><li>
Plans, implements, and monitors improvements to Sponsoring Institution processes in the ACGME&rsquo;s Accreditation Data System (ADS) in collaboration with Sponsoring Institution team members and user groups.</li><li>
Organizes the Institutional Coordinator Workshop, educational content on Learn, and other outreach and educational activities and special project initiatives related to institutional accreditation and recognition as assigned by the Director, Sponsoring Institution Projects.</li><li>
Coordinates routine meetings, including the confirmation and communication of meeting dates and times and the preparation of meeting agendas.</li><li>
Coordinates logistics of meetings held in the ACGME Conference Center, including meeting room set-up, catering, hotel accommodations, IT support, group meals, remote and in-person participation, and preparation and distribution of agendas and other documents.</li><li>
Responds to basic inquiries from Sponsoring Institutions and other external constituents, and answers questions about fellowship and recognition requirements, policies, procedures, and data submissions.</li><li>
Writes, edits, and proofreads communications regarding Sponsoring Institution-based fellowships, institutional recognition, and other Sponsoring Institution projects.</li><li>
Transfers PowerPoint slides to the appropriate template and edits slides to align with departmental and ACGME standards in preparation for courses.</li><li>
Reviews and updates web page content and other online information.</li><li>
Serves as the primary point of contact to Sponsoring Institution volunteers for questions relating to accessing the ACGME reimbursement system and preparing expense reports for payment.</li><li>
