Nature of Workday</b></h2><ul><li>
This is a remote role. It has no regular in-office requirements, but you will need to be able to regularly attend digital meetings and collaborative virtual discussions.</li><li>
You will be expected to maintain a regular work schedule that allows at least 4 working hours&rsquo; overlap with the rest of the team (M&ndash;F, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central time).</li><li>
Day-to-day work will largely be independent and self-directed based on assigned tasks and &ldquo;big picture&rdquo; projects, but conducted under the guidance of the director of marketing.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques</li><li>
Record of design excellence</li><li>
Designer of multiple award-winning projects</li><li>
Proven design leadership skills with particular emphasis on mentoring and teaching</li><li>
Proven appreciation and commitment to expertise driven design solutions</li><li>
Sound understanding of the expertise within the firm</li><li>
Proven successful client relationships</li><li>
