Role Overview

The Head of Growth Marketing owns two sides of the same flywheel: the creator network and the enterprise brand campaigns it powers. Client delivery and fulfillment succeed end to end when creators are thriving, engaged, and earning. That flywheel is yours. 
On one side, you own the growth engine: the profile of the brand, creator acquisition across every persona, and the health of the community everything depends on. On the other, you make sure that engine delivers. The team owns campaign execution; you hold them accountable to it, ensuring the community and growth systems work as one flywheel so that when a client campaign needs the network, the network is ready. 
You bring proven growth playbooks from ecommerce and digital businesses and apply them to a new category-defining creator platform. Creator monetization runs on these mechanics: conversion funnels, performance data, retention loops, and brand partnerships that renew because they work. 
This is a doer's role first and a leader's role second. Our philosophy is simple: we build the systems ourselves, then hire for what we can't do. You architect the playbook and you run it, hands on, and direct and grow the growth marketing function. Your first direct report is the Creator Community &amp; Growth Manager, a creator-native operator who serves as the day-to-day, peer-level face of the community. You set the strategy, priorities, and standard; they bring the lived growth by community credibility. Together you cover the full picture. The leadership path here is earned through building. Stage one: you do the work and build the systems. Stage two: you document the playbooks and delegate what is repeatable. Stage three: you own the full growth function, with a team you shaped across creator acquisition and campaign delivery, and scope that expands as the systems you built prove out. You are creating the standard of excellence from the onset, and the function grows around it. 
What You Own

1. Team Leadership

3. Client Delivery Accountability (The Flywheel)

<li>Ensure the community and growth systems feed delivery, so the right creators are activated, ready, and matched when a client campaign needs them</li>
<li>Ensure how we connect opportunity to creators is a best in class and standardized experience, ie creators are briefed and supported so every deliverable lands brand-safe and on-strategy</li>
<li>Connect delivery outcomes back into growth: campaign results become the proof that attracts the next creators and the next clients, a loop that is designed to flourish</li>
<li>Partner with the Recruitics Group B2B marketing team, who lead brand-direct marketing motions, so the creator side and the demand side grow in lockstep</li></ul> 


4. Career Creator Network&trade; Growth

<li>Own creator growth strategy across all creator personas, from acquisition through activation and retention</li>
<li>Scout and acquire high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that align with Jobstream's niche and our clients' needs</li>
<li>Pitch the Jobstream&trade; value proposition clearly, handling objections around commission structures and technical setup</li>
<li>Run top-of-funnel brands and channels, including Creator Industry HQ and the newsletter engine, as always-on acquisition layers into Jobstream&trade;</li></ul> 


5. Creator Success, Engagement &amp; Retention

<li>Own the creator lifecycle from onboarding through long-term retention, building the systems yourself and running them day to day alongside the Creator Community &amp; Growth Manager</li>
<li>Ensure new creators reach their first earning milestone fast, with white-glove support for high-value accounts</li>
<li>Use creator performance data to identify at-risk creators and breakout potential, and direct early intervention on both</li>
<li>Oversee the rituals, programming, and touchpoints (including WorkStream, our recurring co-working sessions) that make the Career Creator Network&trade; a place creators choose to stay</li>
<li>Set the community health metrics that matter and hold the team accountable to them</li></ul> 


6. Content Engine &amp; Product Advocacy

The TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels are at the forefront of both marketing and commerce for Mammoth Brands. About the Role

In this role, you will drive the entirety of our social commerce efforts. JOB DESCRIPTION</h2>
FOX has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director, Ad Sales Brand Marketing, FOX News Media. In this role, the Senior Director will lead the overarching Trade Marketing strategy&mdash;driving powerhouse go-to-market narratives, marketplace positioning, and demand generation efforts across FOX News Media (FOX News, FOX Business, FOX Weather and more) and within the broader FOX Advertising Portfolio.
This leader will develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that elevate FOX News Media&rsquo;s presence in the advertising marketplace, strengthen agency and client engagement, and drive revenue growth across linear, digital, streaming, and emerging media platforms. The role serves as a key connector across Sales, Research, Partnerships, Programming, Consumer Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling and a best-in-class marketplace presence.
The Senior Director, Ad Sales Brand Marketing will report to the VP of Ad Sales Brand Marketing and manage a Senior Manager.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES<ul><li>
Go-To-Market Strategy &amp; Messaging:
<ul><li>Utilize strong storytelling skills to lead development of breakthrough sales narratives and premium marketing materials that bring FOX News Media's unique value proposition to life for prospective advertisers (overseeing high-impact sales presentations, trade website, media kits, sizzle reels, client mailers, and major trade media campaigns)</li><li>
Develop integrated go-to-market frameworks for programming launches, acquisitions, product initiatives, and tentpoles aligned to revenue priorities. Expertise within digital and emerging media space is a plus</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Research, Partnerships, Programming, Consumer Marketing, Comms, and Design to translate data-driven insights into compelling positioning and proposals and bring FOX News Media messaging to market</li><li>
Work closely with Research to transform syndicated/custom data into distinct sales stories</li><li>
Act as a strategic liaison across Sales, Programming, Research, and Executive Leadership to oversee and apply the FOX Advertising portfolio brand positioning and a visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all internal and externally facing materials</li><li>
Implement best practices to structure, manage, and maintain an organized library of cloud-based sales materials</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Trade Marketing &amp; Client Experience:<ul><li>
Direct an annual trade marketing calendar aligned with enterprise priorities, executing high-impact campaigns across owned, earned, and paid B2B channels to drive year-round marketplace visibility and demand generation</li><li>
Develop and direct the core messaging for trade marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid B2B channels&mdash;including trade media, digital marketing and industry platforms&mdash;ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our premium positioning</li><li>
Conceptualize immersive and differentiated experiences that strengthen relationships and position FOX News Media as a premium, innovative brand while partnering with the Events team to bring positioning to life</li><li>
Lead strategic planning of tentpole trade events, industry conferences, and Ad Sales experiences; own the messaging architecture, stakeholder alignment, and visual branding</li><li>
Oversee the trade marketing digital footprint, including the website, email marketing programs, and content management, while establishing a regular reporting cadence to track performance</li><li>
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify high-value thought-leadership opportunities and strategically align moments where news and business talent can organically represent the brand in the marketplace</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>
Serve as a senior lead for sales enablement and trade marketing, actively prioritizing projects that move the needle on revenue</li><li>
Directly lead, manage, and empower a high-performing Senior Manager, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and accountability</li><li>
Collaborate with the VP and HR to design tailored professional development and internal training plans for your team</li></ul></li></ul>
WHAT YOU WILL NEED<ul><li>
Experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization, with a proven history of owning creative and presentation development</li><li>
Experience in television, digital, new media, events and project management, paired with a genuine interest in the news, business, and lifestyle categories</li><li>
A sophisticated understanding of the modern digital TV ecosystem, streaming strategies, programmatic, and OTT/CTV platforms a plus</li><li>
Experience with syndicated/custom research tools (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) and a unique ability to transform numbers into an undeniable, distinct sales story</li><li>
Polished presentation skills and exceptional, concise writing and proofreading abilities</li><li>
Deep knowledge of media buying, planning functions, and modern ad formats&mdash;programming, talent, and media relations workflow familiarity a plus</li><li>
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, hands-on experience using current AI tools to optimize workflow, and a willingness to travel and jump into action on weekends when short-notice opportunities arise</li></ul>

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-167,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
