 The Head of Strategic Finance is a new role on the Mammoth Brands finance leadership team, based in New York City. Reporting directly to the Mammoth Brands CFO, Jeff Lipkin, this person will serve as a trusted partner across some of our most important financial decisions &mdash; from capital markets and financing and M&amp;A execution to external investor positioning/story telling, Board material generation along with driving ad hoc Mammoth Brands CEO-driven growth initiatives.

About the Role 
We're looking for a sharp writer and strategic thinker to join our SEO team as an Associate Head of Content. This is a high-level individual contributor role that sits between our Senior Content Marketers and Heads of Content, and it requires someone who can move fluidly between hands-on content creation and strategic account management. 
This role lives and dies by the quality of the content, whether you're writing it yourself or shaping someone else's work. We need someone who produces exceptional content&mdash;clear, compelling, and editorially rigorous&mdash;not someone who simply knows how to assemble keywords into a blog post. You'll write content that ranks, but more importantly, content that's genuinely worth reading. Your SEO expertise should elevate your writing, not replace it. 
The balance of your work will shift based on agency needs. When managing fewer accounts (2-3), you'll carry a heavier writing load, producing multiple pieces per month and serving as a primary content creator for key accounts. SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Finance at Her Justice is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization&rsquo;s financial operations, financial planning, and compliance while ensuring alignment with its mission and organizational priorities.  Ideal Experience &amp; Competencies

 12+ years of experience in high-value jewelry private sales, luxury asset transactions, or jewelry advisory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of executing multimillion-dollar private jewelry sales with UHNW clientele.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive network of collectors, jewelry houses, gem dealers, and institutional buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management skills with experience overseeing an international sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of the global jewelry market, including historical and contemporary valuation, authentication, and provenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gemological expertise (GIA or equivalent certification) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>

 The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 - $240,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Job Description 
As part of the Finance Team, you will be a strategic, financial and operational thought partner to the executive team and business owners throughout the organization.
This role is based out of our Headquarters in NYC and will report directly to the VP of Finance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning &amp; Analysis<ul><li>
Own the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis, executive summaries, and insights for senior leadership</li><li>
Contribute to the quarterly forecasting cycles and annual budget development across revenue and expense categories</li><li>
Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-term strategic planning</li><li>
Review studio-level P&amp;L performance and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>
Develop KPI tracking frameworks and dashboards to support business decision-making across functions</li></ul>
Strategic Business Partnership<ul><li>
Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects and business case analyses to evaluate new opportunities and investments</li><li>
Partner with Analytics, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams to drive cross-functional alignment</li><li>

Qualifications

1-2 years of investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting or FP&amp;A experience required</li><li>
