What you will be doing:<ul><li>
Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties while following the hotel F&amp;B operation standard.</li><li>

Qualifications 
Your experience and skills include:<ul><li>
Min of 2-3 years experience in job-related positions. Prior hotel and job-related experience is a must.</li><li>
Able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer skills are an advantage.</li><li>
Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Hotel standards.</li></ul>

The Head Waitress works as a team member to create the most professional service team in F&amp;B operations, providing high-quality customer service that emphasizes and projects a positive, high-quality image of QC+ and the outlet.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Emphasize and project a positive, high-quality image for the outlet.</li><li>Take responsibility for providing professional service in food and beverage outlets.</li><li>Offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience that aligns with the outlet&rsquo;s standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism, and friendliness.</li><li>Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and provide advice to guests.</li><li>Maintain a good relationship with guests and attend to their complaints and queries satisfactorily.</li><li>Use up-selling techniques actively to exceed guest expectations and increase the outlet&rsquo;s revenue.</li><li>Communicate actively with guests in the outlet and obtain their feedback.</li><li>Increase revenue for the outlet through suggestive selling at all opportunities.</li><li>Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules &amp; feedback and ensure that guests have enjoyed their dining experience.</li><li>Present check to guests, collect their payment, and settle the bill.</li><li>Report any misunderstanding, problem, or accident with guests or staff to the supervisors.</li><li>Take responsibility for all service preparations, before, during and after the service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scene).</li><li>Control cost by minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.</li><li>Take co-responsibility for the correct handling of all food stock and equipment in the outlet.</li><li>Remove dishes and glasses from the tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.</li><li>Make clearance and reset tables and side stations.</li><li>Return and exchange soiled linen.</li><li>Polish the outlet&rsquo;s glassware, crockery, and cutlery.</li><li>Refill condiments and fold napkins.</li><li>Set up, stock, and maintain the working area.</li><li>Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware before use.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and practice clean-as-you-go procedures.</li><li>Carry out a quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly inventory check of the operating equipment.</li><li>Ensure that the F&amp;B Service team projects a warm, professional, and welcoming image of the outlet.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or relevant certification is preferred</li><li>At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position</li><li>Food &amp;
