As a Community Supports Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Transportation Driver, you will provide safe and reliable transportation while assisting individuals in achieving greater independence and personal goals.</p><p><b><i>
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, values teamwork, and doesn&rsquo;t mind stepping in wherever needed &mdash; from driving routes to coaching in Special Olympics or helping with evening/weekend recreation events.</i></b></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Safely operate and inspect agency vehicles daily</li><li>
Transport individuals to appointments, programs, and community activities</li><li>
Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal support</li><li>
Encourage independence, community engagement, and skill-building</li><li>
Document services, transportation logs, and communication accurately</li><li>
Support Recreation and Special Olympics programs as needed, including some evenings or weekends</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul><li>
Compassionate, patient, and dependable team players</li><li><b><i>
Minimum 25 years of age</i></b></li><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Valid Chauffeur&rsquo;s License, or willingness to obtain</li><li>
Must pass preemployment screenings and DOT physical</li><li>
CPR, First Aid, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Medication Aide certifications, or willingness to obtain</li><li>
Reliable and safe transportation</li><li><b><i>

Pay &amp; Schedule</b></h3><ul><li>
$20/hour</li><li>
Full-time, flexible hours between two programs: Community Supports and Life Opportunities</li><li>
