 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The HR Coordinator will support the Fashion and Accessories for North America which includes Montblanc, Chlo&eacute;, Dunhill, Delvaux, and Ala&iuml;a.
 
 
 Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, HRBP, the HR Coordinator works collaboratively with business, HR Team of F&amp;A and liaises with the Richemont Americas HR Centers of Expertise to coordinate and manage initiatives related to Recruitment and Talent Development; Total Rewards; Learning and Development; Employee Relations; HR Operations; and Internal Communications.
 
 
 This role requires knowledge and experience across all HR functions to assist in enhancing business performance through employee engagement, organizational design, retention and succession planning, skill building, change management, and process improvement.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Talent Management &amp; Organizational Development:

 Liaise with the Learning &amp; Development team to ensure that training programs and learning opportunities are available and designed to meet the needs of the teams.

 Partner with HR Directors to support in addressing performance management and employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to the company&rsquo;s established behavioral coaching processes and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to workplace investigations; providing research, insight, scheduling interviews for HR Director and HR Manager, and reviewing recommendations to fairly and consistently apply policies, laws, and regulations.

 Recruitment

 Assist with external agencies, hiring managers, and the Talent team to ensure complete and proper execution of full lifecycle recruitment activities.

 Assist with the open jobs report and weekly communication with the Talent team to maintain alignment on talent acquisition status and priorities.

 Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including but not limited to, creating positions, job descriptions and sending for job postings.

Position Summary 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role reports to the SVP/VP of Accounting &amp; Finance and is responsible for processing vendor invoices, assisting with bi-weekly payroll, and supporting the finance team with routine tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to details, good organizational skills, and experience with both accounts payable and payroll systems. This is a hands-on, transactional role that supports the broader Accounting and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations. This role plays a critical part in keeping the department running smoothly by ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing, and proper documentation of financial transactions.
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Accounts Payable:<ul><li>
Review and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.</li><li>
Ensure proper approvals and account coding for each invoice.</li><li>
Confirm invoice accuracy, including math checks and alignment with agreed terms.</li><li>
Prepare and process weekly payments via check, ACH, or wire.
</li><li>Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure documentation for all transactions is complete and audit ready.</li><li>
Reconcile AP activity and assist with month-end close processes.</li><li>
Support year-end 1099 preparation and submission.
</li></ul>Payroll (bi-weekly):<ul><li>
Prepare and submit payroll for processing via Paychex for approximately 180 employees.
</li><li>Enter and review time, compensation changes, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.</li><li>
Coordinate with HR to verify new hires, terminations, and employee updates.</li><li>
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and application laws.
</li><li>Maintain payroll records and assist with year-end W-2 review and distribution.
</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.</li></ul>
General Accounting Support:<ul><li>
Maintain organized documentation for both AP and payroll records.
</li><li>Assist with audit requests and other reporting as required.</li><li>
Perform other accounting-related tasks as directed by the finance team.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in accounting or a closely related discipline.
</li><li>2-3 years of experience in an accounting support role preferred (accounts payable and/or payroll).
</li><li>Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., SAGE Intacct) and payroll platforms (e.g. Paychex).</li><li>
Strong excel and data entry skills.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and financial data.</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>
Willingness to learn and support various tasks as part of a small, collaborative team.</li><li>
Familiarity with 1099 and W-2 processes is a plus, though not required</li><li>
Knowledge of employee benefits, tax laws, and government regulations is a plus.</li></ul>
Salary and Total Rewards Package 
Starting pay range: $65,000 to $75,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
