<div>The Payroll and HR Operations Coordinator plays a key role within the Global HR Shared Services Team, partnering with the US HR Team to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll while providing essential HR operational support. The role serves as a primary contact for employees and managers, supporting payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration to ensure a positive employee experience.
Tasks and responsibilities
Payroll Administration<ul><li>
Prepare, audit, and process multi-state payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, pay changes, bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and corrections.</li><li>
Review and validate employee timecards prior to payroll submission.</li><li>
Administer payroll updates including pay rates, tax elections, deductions, and direct deposit changes.</li><li>
Assist with payroll previews, reconciliations, audits, state tax account maintenance and year-end activities such as W-2 processing.</li><li>
Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>
Respond to employee payroll and benefit inquiries with a high level of professionalism.</li><li>
Maintain payroll process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Support annual compliance reporting and audits, including State Pay Data, EEO, 401k Auditing and other state compliance requirements</li><li>
Utilize UKG and related payroll/timekeeping systems.
</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle<ul><li>
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate system updates.</li><li>
Process employee lifecycle changes including transfers, promotions, and status changes.</li><li>
Process all employee leave of absence and associated payroll actions</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records within HR and payroll systems.</li><li>
Support performance management processes and employee relations matters in partnership with HR leadership.</li><li>
Assist with compliance training tracking, records and required reporting.
</li><li>Support HR projects and initiatives across Control Risks in local jurisdictions</li><li>
Participate as a member of our global HR Shared Service team, providing a consistent HR processes across all offices</li></ul>
Benefits Administration<ul><li>
Support benefits enrollments, life events, and terminations.</li><li>
Serve as liaison between employees, benefits providers, payroll, and HR.</li><li>
Assist during open enrollment and benefits audits.</li>
Track and process invoices related to benefits and HR vendors.

Requirements 
Knowledge and experience<ul><li>
Fluency in English</li><li>
Bachelor's degree preferred, or experience in lieu</li><li>
2+ years of payroll or HR operations experience with significant payroll responsibility.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with UKG payroll systems.</li><li>
Experience processing multi-state payroll.</li><li>
Working knowledge of payroll compliance and HR best practices.</li><li>
Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.</li><li>
Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g. aPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)</li><li>
Preferred: Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>
Preferred: Experience working within a diverse, international environment</li><li>
Preferred: Fluency in Spanish</li></ul>

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
