<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
</li>
<li>Direct exposure to recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
</li>
<li>Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.
</li>
<li>Union environment experience strongly preferred.
</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
</li>

<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends and holidays.

<li>Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

<li>Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and walk long distances in an airport environment.
