The HVAC Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems across all four zones of the campus. The role ensures that all HVAC and refrigeration systems function efficiently, directing a team of HVAC Technicians and Leads to maintain operational integrity and provide a comfortable and safe environment for all facilities.  Major Responsibilities
 
 
 
 HVAC System Management and Optimization:

 Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems

 Manage support equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, compressors, and air distribution systems

 Ensure HVAC controls, mechanical components, and electrical systems are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Mobile Lead Maintenance Technician (Industrial) is consistently thorough and committed to keeping building systems and equipment in good order while supporting other members of the property and team. They provide concierge-style service to the tenants at our buildings and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for all who come to their properties. They execute preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in good repair and prolong their useful life. They are keenly aware of their surroundings to ensure the property maintains an outstanding appearance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Comprehend and interpret instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.</li><li>
Operate and use necessary manual and power-driven tools.</li><li>

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.</li><li>

Qualifications

The Spa Manager is a results oriented leader- energetic, creative, and enthusiastic. The Spa Manager makes a direct impact on a growing and dynamic organization.
The Spa Manager directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence.
Our philosophy embraces a well-rounded approach to results, where Spa constitutes an essential element of recovery. Our team is a collaboration of acclaimed holistic health professionals, influential specialists, and outstanding spa therapists that are selected from across the globe to create exclusive treatments to revive from the inside out. Our expert therapists provide signature massages to ensure members feel completely rejuvenated for future training. If it&rsquo;s relaxation you&rsquo;re after, our signature facials replenish the skin leaving a healthy glow.

Qualifications

Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus</li></ul>
Pay Transparency: $60,000-$70,000 base and ability to earn bonus
