The Superintendent is the overall manager on a medium to large sized project. Fully complete all IES and project paperwork accurately and on time (specifically timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers and others as required); ensure all Job Closing Packages meet customer and Company standards.</li><li>
Perform quality checks; manage the prevention of outages; conduct day to day job walks to ensure quality; prepare red-lined as-built drawings.</li><li>
Serves as main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns; attend facility and constructions meetings when required.</li><li>
Perform work consistently demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.</li><li>
Review and monitor operational processes for accuracy, completeness, and efficiency, including but not limited to estimating, purchasing, invoicing, warehousing, scheduling and reporting.</li><li>
Develop, redesign and implement process improvements as required to bring processes up to effective levels.</li><li>
Work in concert with the Training Department, monitor all quality and safety issues related to the operations department. Actively promote safety as our first priority.</li><li>

<div><p>The Multimedia Producer is responsible for creating high-quality video, photography, and other multimedia content from concept through completion in support of Alabama Community College System (ACCS) initiatives statewide. This position performs scriptwriting, field and studio production, post-production editing, and content delivery for a wide range of instructional, recruitment, and marketing projects. Working closely with ACCS colleges, System Office divisions, internal staff, clients, and external partners, the Multimedia Specialist develops compelling visual content for use across websites, digital platforms, classrooms, businesses, and other public-facing channels. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing.</p></div>
<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2></div>
<p></p><div><ul><li>Lead multimedia projects from concept through completion for ACCS clients and internal initiatives, including planning, scriptwriting, scheduling, budgeting, production, and final delivery.</li><li>
Produce and coordinate video and photography services for ACCS colleges, System Office divisions, and other ACCS stakeholders, including video production, photo shoots, editing, audio production, and final content preparation.</li><li>
Develop creative concepts and visual approaches for videos, photography, and other multimedia content that support ACCS instructional, recruitment, marketing, and public information goals.</li><li>
Assist in planning and executing special projects and high-visibility initiatives requiring multimedia support.</li><li>
Provide marketing and multimedia support to System Office divisions and to communications and marketing teams across the System through shared resources, consultation, and training.</li><li>
Complete final video edits, including color correction, audio mixing, graphics, and compositing effects, to ensure polished, professional-quality deliverables.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal staff, external partners, contractors, and vendors involved in production and post-production to ensure projects are completed on time and according to established standards.</li><li>
Assist with the installation, operation, maintenance, and organization of video and photography equipment, software, and related production resources.</li></ul><br>

Minimum of five years of experience in film or video production field. Freelance or contract work is acceptable.</li><li>
Professional experience in video production or television programming to include script writing electronic field production, studio production and non-linear editing experience.</li><li>
Be able to provide current examples of video and photography work completed in the last 5 years.</li><li>
Able to work independently.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to relate well to a variety of diverse groups and personalities.</li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent oral and written communication.</li><li>
Creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Must be experienced in video and photography production software, including Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Premiere CC, Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Lightroom CC, Adobe Camera Raw, Adobe Acrobat Dc, Microsoft Office for Mac.</li><li>
Must hold a Part 107 drone pilot license with demonstrated flight proficiency, or be willing to obtain certification within one year and develop competent drone operation skills.</li></ul></div><br>
