Northrop Grumman is looking for an Industrial Security Analyst 2 to</b> support personnel security. The Industrial Security Analyst will directly support restricted programs in relation to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements.</p><p></p><p><b>
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</b></p><p>
Support a fast-paced, high profile program security environment. Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Maintain internal and external personnel security files, folders, and databases in support of NGMS restricted programs. Administer the personnel security program and procedures for classified efforts as directed by program security management. Support security education training and awareness activities as needed. Study manuals outlining regulations, and help streamline procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conduct security education classes and related briefings. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. This industrial security position dedicated to the NGMS BWI personnel security program. The chosen candidate will work in a team environment and review, request, update, maintain, and safeguard personnel security information to include CUI and PII information. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills; the ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion; and the ability to maintain composure and flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.</p><p></p><p><b>
Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><p>
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Industrial Security, Administrative, customer service, data entry and/or relevant experience; additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.</p><p></p><p>
Current active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain (SAP) Special Access Programs.</p><p></p><p>
US Citizenship required.</p><p></p><p>

   **Required Skills and Experience

   Minimum 3 years of experience, including machine maintenance
  </li>

   Mill-wright experience relative to bearing replacements and motor alignments, preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Have good familiarity with various hand tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Be experienced with rigging and working around cranes and hoists
  </li>
  <li>
   Have good familiarity with various hand tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Safety review of assigned work and surrounding areas prior to performing maintenance actions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have fabricating and mechanical abilities
  </li>
  <li>
   Good interpersonal and written communication skills; must be able to clearly express ideas and information throughout all levels of the company

   Basic mathematical skills
