Duties and responsibilities

<li>Deliver the next phase of the ISDA AI Solutions Lab&rsquo;s buildout, helping move current AI initiatives from prototype/MVP stage toward robust, scalable and member-ready delivery. Architect and build the next phase of AI agents, external and internal.</li>
<li>Own the design and delivery of AI solutions that make ISDA standards and digital solutions more accessible, usable and AI-ready for members.</li>
<li>Help shape and scale the ISDA Knowledge Base and Assistant as the governed foundation for AI-enabled access to ISDA standards, taxonomies and related IP.</li>
<li>Oversee enhancement of priority AI capabilities including the CDM Coder, DRR Translator, Tracer, cross-jurisdiction analysis and AI legal opinions initiatives.</li>

As part of our continued growth, we&rsquo;re expanding our Account Executive - XDR Specialist team &mdash; a critical group that drives the adoption of our Managed XDR platform across new and existing partners and customers. As an Account Executive - XDR Specialist, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in enabling our Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Partner Development Managers to effectively position and sell our Managed XDR services, spanning Endpoint, Cloud, Network, Email, and Server Monitoring. You&rsquo;ll act as a subject matter expert, guiding partners through the sales process and helping them understand how Barracuda&rsquo;s XDR platform enhances their cybersecurity posture. 
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute directly to the growth of a strategic product line. Strong preference will be given to candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to align effectively for best cross-functional team collaboration. 
 
What you&rsquo;ll be working on<ul><li>
Work alongside Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Partner Development Managers to identify and drive XDR sales opportunities across both new and existing partners &amp; customers</li><li>
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them understand the value of Barracuda&rsquo;s full XDR platform, including Endpoint, Cloud, Email, Network, and Server Monitoring services</li><li>
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical guidance to partners and prospects to support the sales process</li><li>
Develop and execute targeted sales plays and cross-sell campaigns to expand XDR adoption within existing partners</li><li>
Manage your monthly pipeline focusing your efforts around the complex and highly competitive opportunities while exceeding your monthly quota</li><li>
Track partner engagement, sales progress, and pipeline development, sharing insights and feedback to help continuously improve our approach</li><li>
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging threats to ensure Barracuda&rsquo;s XDR platform remains relevant and competitive</li></ul>
What you bring to the role 
<ul><li>
5-8+ years experience in cybersecurity sales or pre-sales, preferably in the managed services or XDR space</li><li>
Proven success working with MSPs or channel partners, with strong understanding of the MSP business model and security services landscape</li><li>
Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, channel, product, and marketing teams</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills</li><li>
Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience with cybersecurity solutions across endpoint, email, cloud, and network security is a plus</li></ul>

The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $176,000.00 to $230,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
