Qualifications:

As a Patient Care Technician you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery</li><li>
Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices</li><li>
Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency</li><li>
Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control</li><li>
Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts</li></ul>
What Does PCT Essentials Training Provide to our employees?<ul><li>
Facilitated classroom orientation rather than home-study online learning</li><li>
Time in class to complete some individual on-line learning modules such as BLS (hands-on skill pass off will be completed in class)</li><li>
Role playing interaction, escape room learning, simulation, and games to engage learners in the topics presented</li></ul>

 What qualifications you will need:<ul><li>
MO CNA or attend 5-week PCT Essentials Training program consists of a combination of in classroom and 12-hour preceptorship</li><li>
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.</li>
<li>Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.</li>
<li>Record session data accurately using electronic devices.</li>
<li>Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.</li>
<li>Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.</li>
<li>Reliable method of transportation</li>
</ul>
Need to Knows:
<ul><li>Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.</li>
<li>All positions start off part-time.</li>
<li>Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.</li>
<li>Minimum 6 month commitment required</li>
</ul>
