Position Summary:
PAL is seeking an IT Support Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of computer systems, hardware, and IT infrastructure. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Required Skills & Qualifications: 
? Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
 ? Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and system configurations.
 
? Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting: 
o Operating systems
 o Software applications
 o Hardware components
 ? Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, MS Quick Assist, etc.).
 ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
 ? Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
 ? Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or equivalent.
 Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, etc.
 Experience in Active Directory, user account management, and basic network troubleshooting.
 
Experience working in luxury retail, executive offices, or high-pressure corporate environments.

Position Summary:<div><div>
This role is responsible to perform with accuracy and efficiency assistance to licensed pharmacists by providing medication and other healthcare products to patients. Assist with preparing prescribed medication to patients by counting tablets, labeling bottles, stocking products, providing customer service, utilizing the computer systems to maintain patient profiles and insurance claims, and checking out patients that ensures that the shift contributes to the financial interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.</div><div>

Stock and take inventory of medications (prescription and over the counter).</li><li>
Notify Pharmacy Manager of supplies/products that need to be ordered.</li><li>
Receive prescriptions/refills from patients.</li><li>
Retrieve, count, pour, weigh, package and label products.</li><li>
Maintain customer profiles and prepare insurance forms.</li><li>
Accurately operate cash register, display cost of customer purchase, make change, cash checks, and issue receipt.</li><li>
Have familiarity with all products carried in the department.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.</li><li>
Abide by HIPAA and all legal policies and procedures.</li><li>
Any task delegated by pharmacist on duty other than final verification of prescriptions and patient counseling on medications.</li><li>
