This is a dynamic technical service role that interacts with customers, sales teams, service technicians, and product experts to help resolve questions related to scale systems, components, hardware and software. It involves troubleshooting customer inquiries and coordinating with internal technical resources for resolution.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>

 The Technology Support Specialist provides desk-side technology customer support. This position assists with strategic projects and operational activities that impact the local office. The Technology Support Specialist works under general supervision and relies on limited experience to plan and accomplish goals.

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Training Specialist in the Los Angeles office at Musick, Peeler &amp; Garrett LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of attorneys, paralegals and staff.
This position reports directly to the Director of Administration and is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role. After 90 days of employment, the position will be eligible to work remotely one day per week.
The IT Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the firm&rsquo;s technology and training initiatives in collaboration with firm leadership and external technology vendors. General responsibilities include developing, implementing and delivering training programs for all attorneys and staff; preparing written and electronic training materials; assisting with firm website updates; supporting the evaluation and testing of emerging legal technologies, including AI tools; and helping the firm remain current with advancements in legal technology and innovation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A firm understanding of software instruction and technical writing is required. Bachelor's degree and a minimum three years&rsquo; experience in software training position in a law firm environment in a similarly sized, multi-office legal services organization is preferred. Classroom training experience is required.
Exceptional skills are required in communicating complex technical concepts in a manner readily understood by non-technical users, both orally and literally. High attention to detail.
