The Leasing Unit is responsible for the procurement and management of all leased space for commonwealth agencies. Its activity includes planning, issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the procurement of new leases, lease negotiation, project management, and lease administration during occupancy. Its mission is to procure best-value space for the Commonwealth through a fair and competitive process, guided by current real estate market knowledge and industry best practices.</p><p>
The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of leased real estate transactions on behalf of Commonwealth agencies, from planning and procurement through occupancy and lease administration. This role partners with client agencies to define space needs, execute competitive procurements, negotiate lease terms, and manage build-outs and ongoing landlord performance.</p><p>
The Project Manager applies expertise in commercial leasing, financial analysis, space planning and design, and building operations to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. <b>What you will do as a Project Manager:</b></p>

<li>Management &amp; oversight of projects, implementations, and initiatives</li>
<li>Schedule/coordinate activities of internal resources (Engineers, Field Technicians)</li>
