Position Purpose: The District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) is responsible for teaching, coaching, and training associates to ensure the effective execution of core Asset Protection initiatives. They are responsible for driving core programs and strategies relating to theft and fraud mitigation, operational excellence, safety, and environmental compliance in The Home Depot stores without adding complexity or tasking to the stores' operation. Position Purpose: The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of The Home Depot Enterprise. Their role is to provide the support, knowledge and tools needed for successful job placement. In partnership with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best in class for functional areas of the business. The Senior Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle for all hires. Key responsibilities include working with Store Support Center functional groups to create recruitment strategies to fit their needs, and monitoring selection processes when appropriate to ensure The Home Depot is making the best hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities: Use strategic planning information to implement an innovative, function-specific talent acquisition plan to develop a strong external bench of talent that supports The Home Depot's talent acquisition strategy. Acquire industry knowledge and competitive market data and use this information to drive potential changes to the staffing plan.. Perform full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing strategy development with a clear focus on diversity. The successful Senior Recruiter will also assist with the determination of screening criteria and execution of screening, interviewing, and the negotiation of salaries. Maintain communication with all related business partners in order to perform all related Talent Acquisition functions. Work through any communication gaps to ensure staffing effectiveness and efficiency. Execute recruitment plans in order to achieve staffing metrics including candidate quality, candidate throughput, and efficient time to offer. Provide status reports on these metrics to include review of open requisition status and candidate throughput. Build and maintain strong relationships with the all related stakeholders in order to meet talent acquisition goals. Work with appropriate groups to identify and resolve issues. Develop individualized sourcing strategies for the functional areas and execute appropriately. Strategies should include cold calling, building networks and maintaining interests with passive candidates. Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws, and company policies. Job Description: 
At Regions, the Capital Markets Debt Operations group comprises of Syndicated Loan Agency Services, Syndicated Loan Services, RSL Operations, RECM Operations, and Loan Trading Operations. These teams provide operational and risk management support for the $11B Regions-led syndication portfolio, syndicated participation bought portfolio, FNMA, Freddie Mac, HUD, and loan trading portfolios.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 Manages a complex portfolio of syndicated/participated bank facilities across multiple industries and business lines
 Provides loan servicing support and has direct communication with agent banks, lenders, and business partners
 Reconciles daily funding and payment activity to account for all daily cash transactions
 Calculates and tracks complex interest and fee accruals at various rate levels
 Monitors and escalates past due principal, interest, and fees to ensure that the loan accounting system is accurate and provides clients timely and accurate invoices
 Communicates with internal/external agents regarding issues around these specialized facilities
 Manages the ongoing balances between the loan system and agent bank
 Researches and resolves loan related issues which may include missing payments, margin changes and/or unprocessed draw requests or conversions
 Ensures all lending transactions are booked and managed correctly, minimizing operational risks and losses and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures
 Reads and interprets complex legal credit agreements and related documentation working with credit, legal, and/or origination
 Monitors control reports updating applicable comments
 Supports co-workers and works with various special projects or other tasks as assigned
 Recommends latest methods to improve departmental procedures
 
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
