Detail-oriented and proactive Awards and Events Specialist to support our firm&rsquo;s global award strategy through the identification, development (editing or writing) tracking and submission of legal industry awards and rankings. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, project management, and research skills who is interested in legal marketing and professional services branding. The role will also provide support for firm events as needed.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
Awards Management: 
<ul><li>Track and maintain a global calendar of relevant legal industry awards and recognitions (e.g., Law360, American Lawyer, The Lawyer, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate internal timelines and deadlines for submissions.</li><li>Assist in drafting, editing, and compiling award submissions in collaboration with attorneys, practice group leaders, BD and comms</li><li>Maintain a global database of past submissions, results, and feedback.</li></ul>
Research &amp; Analysis: 
<ul><li>Research new award opportunities globally aligned with firm priorities and practice strengths.</li><li>Analyze competitor recognition and industry trends to inform strategy.</li></ul>
Internal Coordination: 
<ul><li>Liaise with attorneys, practice groups, and global business development teams to gather content and metrics.</li><li>Create an efficient and informative awards tracking submission database for global marketing</li><li>Assist BD team/events manager with events as needed</li></ul>
Marketing Support: 
<ul><li>Collaborate with the communications team to promote award wins across digital channels (website, social media, newsletters).</li><li>Draft, write and edit award materials for these channels and post on the appropriate</li></ul></div>
Qualifications:

Compensation</div><div>
The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $75,000 to $95,000 and represents the firm&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate&rsquo;s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm.</div></div>

Pitch and Proposal Specialist
Under the direction of the Senior Pitch and Proposal Manager and in close coordination with the Director of Client Intelligence, the Pitch and Proposal Specialist (Specialist) supports the firm&rsquo;s business development and growth initiatives by contributing to the development of timely, high-quality and competitive pitches and proposals. This role works closely with attorneys and members of the Business Development and Practice Support teams to develop customized client-facing materials, including pitch books and presentations, responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), highly targeted pitch documents, and representative matter lists.
The Specialist also supports experience management and client intelligence efforts by maintaining accurate matter data, drafting compelling experience descriptions, and assisting in the preparation of research and reporting related to prospective and existing clients. The position requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Support the development of pitches and proposals from intake through submission.</li><li>
Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and client compliance surveys.</li><li>
Draft and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, cover letters, tailored capability descriptions, standardized responses and attorney biographies.</li><li>
Prepare customized pitch books and qualification statements in Word, PowerPoint and digital formats.</li><li>
Serve as project manager for assigned pitches and proposals, developing timelines, tracking deliverables, proactively following up with contributors, and ensuring on-time, complete submissions.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to brand standards and document quality across client-facing materials.</li><li>
Track active proposals and update status information in the firm&rsquo;s project management system.</li><li>
Coordinate production and formatting of materials, including electronic and print deliverables.</li><li>
Coordinate the design and production of specialty pitch materials with the Creative Services team.</li><li>
Maintain and update proposal content libraries, including standardized RFP responses and archived pitch materials.</li><li>
Track and update pitch and proposal outcomes within internal systems to support reporting and performance analysis.</li><li>

Draft and revise clear, compelling matter descriptions for use in proposals and other client-facing materials.</li><li>
Work with attorneys and Practice Support team members to gather and verify matter information.</li><li>
Support maintenance of client permissions lists and outside general counsel requirements.</li><li>
Enter and update proposal content within firm systems, coordinating with the Senior Marketing Technology &amp; Experience Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li></ul>
Client Intelligence<ul><li>
Conduct research on prospective clients and contacts to support pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.</li><li>
Prepare client intelligence summaries and background materials for attorneys and Marketing &amp; Business Development team members in advance of meetings and pursuits.</li><li>
Generate and distribute ERM/CRM reports, including client relationship data and contact information, to support business development efforts.</li><li>
Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as assigned by the Director of Client Intelligence.</li><li>
