Job Summary
The legal secretary/administrative assistant supports multiple labor and employment litigation attorneys (4+). This critical team member will have strong skills in both legal and administrative support.
The focus of the legal administrative assistant support functions include but are not limited to: drafting/revision of correspondence, pleadings and documents; e-filing; and conducting legal research. Editing and formatting skills required include advanced functions such as Table of Content (TOC) and Table of Authority (TOA), excellent proofreading and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will interact with teams of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in managing complex litigation support efforts, and the Operations Manager and Staff Manager to provide administrative and operational support. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks for 4-5 attorneys, the Operations Manager and the Staff Manager. The candidate must also be willing and able to work overtime as needed. This position requires a commitment to be in the firm's Rockefeller Center office on all business days and a two-year commitment in the role.

The salary for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, not including overtime. </li><li>Maintain and update content across platforms (e.g., Cosential, Salesforce, OpenAsset, Monday.com)
</li><li>Support business development and client experience efforts, including client presentations
</li><li>Work closely with business unit marketing manager to help with special projects and promotional opportunities
</li></ul>Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with:
<ul><li>Senior management, business development/sales enablement, and marketing team
</li><li>Account executives and directors, as well as operations staff
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>A minimum of 2-5 years of experience within a B2B marketing role
</li><li>B.A. or B.S. in related field of study preferred
</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPoint
</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively handles multiple time-sensitive requests
</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce and Cosential or other similar CRM systems
</li><li>Well organized 
</li></ul>Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
