Utilize equipment such as electric pallet jacks, single-wide forklifts, and floor scrubber</li><li>
Follow down-stacking and consolidation practices in line with Company product Code Date Policies and material handling procedures</li><li>
Adheres to strict safe working practices, Company policies, rules, regulations, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable</li><li>

Drives a rear-load, split body, curotto, or automated-side load truck along designated routes to collect waste and take to post-collection facilities.</li><li>

 The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for a variety of roles, including facilitating customer inquiries with key stakeholders within the value chain, analyzing various reports to improve Crude Trucking KPIs, resolving order entry issues from our outsourced call center, and troubleshooting data exchange issues within the Energy Transfer proprietary fleet&rsquo;s GeoTab Device and internal dispatching system, Welltrax.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Interface with customers, field personnel, and third-party carriers to ensure that load pickups are performed within Energy Transfer&rsquo;s service standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the successful transmission of order and ticket data between the proprietary fleet&rsquo;s +450 driver&rsquo;s GeoTab devices communicate with the internal Welltrax dispatch system and troubleshoot error messages if necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze various reporting tools to enhance fleet performance: pending loads, daily ticket refusals, audit logs, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and resolve order entry issues from outsourced call center to ensure that the ~1,500 daily load bookings are accurate
 </li>
 <li>
 Update lease master data with correct dispatch information, carrier assignments, and load requirements to ensure that information is provided accurately to the partieswithin the value chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with ~25 carriers to ensure the dispatch is accurate, ticket submissions are timely, and performance metrics are communicated
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform test cases for new system or system upgrades
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the manual ticket reconciliation processes in system outage to ensure that information is received and processed for driver settlement and customer payment
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve minor issues with Regulatory, Crude Acquisition, Contracts, and Field Management to address customer inquiries/complains
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum requirement is High School diploma and 3-5 years related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent computer skills in MS Office and various mainframe applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to organize, perform and prioritize various functions in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision, detail oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

 Preferred Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Logistics, supply chain or equivalent preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct experience with dispatch and truck mobility suites
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert multitasking ability
 </li>
