Leadership Performance Management: Assess and coach District Operations Managers to ensure performance aligns with service standards, business objectives, and company expectations.</li><li>
Strategic Growth Alignment: Collaborate with sales leadership to assess expansion opportunities, operational capacity, and market readiness in prospective regions.</li><li>
Implementation &amp; Onboarding Support: Partner with client success team to plan and execute effective onboarding and launch processes for new communities.</li><li>
Customer Experience Improvement: Review customer feedback and service trends to identify recurring challenges, implement proactive solutions, and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or a related discipline. Or a combination of education and two to five years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in operations management in a multi-unit oversight role.</li><li>
Strong grasp of customer experience excellence.</li><li>
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb stairs, carry equipment, and drive for extended periods.</li><li>
Flexible availability, including daytime and evening on-call responsibilities as business needs require.</li></ul>
