A large part of the role is organizing and actively participating in client meetings and chasing the customer for the input, validation, and sign-off the program depends on. The Program Manager owns the overall schedule; this role supports it by maintaining the detailed task tracking and technical dependency map beneath it. Because engineers and task owners will be self-reporting status, the coordinator needs a strong enough technical orientation to understand what a deliverable actually requires &mdash; so that padded estimates, glossed-over dependencies, and sandbagged timelines don't go unchallenged. The role reports into Cavalry's delivery leadership and works closely with the Program Manager, SDM, and technical specialists.

This is a firm requirement, not a nice-to-have: strong coordinators whose experience is exclusively internal/in-house are not a fit for an embedded, client-facing consulting role.
