   Edit quick-turn vertical videos for TikTok/IG, optimizing for watch time, retention, and shareability.

   Build and maintain efficient post-production workflows (templates, graphics packages, versioning systems, captions, exports) to support fast publishing.

   Partner with editorial stakeholders to create vertical videos to support events, big stories, interviews, and cultural moments by shooting and editing social video.

<p>The Video Producer at the New York City Council is responsible for conceptualizing and executing videos from start to finish for the New York City Council&rsquo;s digital platforms.
