This nine-month, full-time APRN Fellowship will build competency through hands-on direct care experiences, didactic classes, simulation, shadowing opportunities, and presentations. APRN Fellows will train with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) while integrating into a multidisciplinary care team. Fellows will be supported by a core group of APRN leaders, preceptors, and mentors committed to professional development and clinical excellence.<br>

<b>Neuroscience (inpatient with some outpatient learning)</b><br>
The Neuroscience APRN Fellowship provides immersive training in the care of pediatric patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions. Fellows will gain experience in the assessment and management of children with acute and chronic neurologic disorders while working closely with neurology, epilepsy, neuro-oncology, neurocritical care, and neurosurgery. Training emphasizes advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and collaborative management of complex neurologic conditions, while also fostering strong skills in family-centered care.<br>

<b>Developmental Medicine (outpatient)</b><br>
The Developmental Medicine APRN Fellowship focuses on the specialized evaluation and care of children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral conditions from birth through young adulthood. Fellows will gain experience in comprehensive developmental assessments, diagnostic formulation, and multidisciplinary care planning for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, learning differences, and other behavioral health needs. Role Overview</b></p>
<p>
The Cell Therapy Clinical Educator role provides disease state, product efficacy, and product safety education and training to key healthcare providers within Oncology clinics, and health care providers (HCPs) in the hospital and clinic/office setting, professional society meetings, and external programs. The individual will work within a specified region to enhance disease, product efficacy, and product safety knowledge, coordinate and provide staff training, and enhance proper administration. The Cell Therapy Clinical Educator (CTCE) role is a position that is field based and is comprised of nurses and/or APPs working under the general direction of the Region Associate Director, Clinical Education. The CTCE serves as the disease state and product efficacy and safety expert for their assigned territories. The CTCE serves as a resource to clinical leaders by identifying disease state, product efficacy, and product safety educational needs of staff and implements programs to fulfill knowledge gaps. This collaborative approach will serve to provide education and enhanced clinical care. Excellent organizational, creative and analytical problem solving, communication, and presentation and skills are required. This individual must be flexible and adaptable to new and constant changing situations.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Conducts peer-to-peer in-person and virtual educational programs through 1:1 physician, APP/Nurse and group presentations.</li>
<li>Meet with identified customers in each participating practice or facility to engage in discussions regarding safety and efficacy of Legend products, and enroll them in educational programs as needed.</li>
<li>Must be able to educate and use multiple approaches to explain complex and difficult material and use experiences to illustrate ideas and facilitate understanding while maintaining the ability to stimulate customer interest.</li>

<li>Minimum: Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc).</li>

<li>Minimum of 10+ years nursing experience, 5+ years Oncology experience, and 3+ years in a pharma/biotech role.</li>
<li>Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant (required if no previous in-house industry experience).</li>
<li>Involvement/membership in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society).</li>
<li>Previous in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience.</li>
<li>Experience with Multiple Myeloma.</li>

Job Summary</b></p>
The Diabetes Advance Practice Provider (APP) is an advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant that has acquired specialized knowledge and skills in diabetes through completion of a nurse practitioner program, completion of a diabetes certificate program and/or work experience in the care of patients with diabetes. The APP has the credentials to function in an advance practice role and is responsible for the daily management of diabetes patients. The APP has the responsibility for assessment and management of patients including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, and continuous implementation and evaluation of appropriate plan of care. The APP works within a team model in collaboration with attending physician colleagues, interdisciplinary team members and is responsible to the Division Chief of Endocrinology and Department of Medicine Director of Advance Practice.

1. In clinical care, performs in the role of Licensed Independent Practitioner and is responsible to work independently and in collaboration with other providers to maintain a panel of patients.<br>
2. Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to a select inpatient population<br>
3. Works collaboratively with the Endocrinology Attending on service to provide direct care, counseling and teaching to patients with diabetes admitted to BWFH inpatient service. Requires candidate to be on site for all inpatient management.<br>
4. Provides comprehensive diabetes education in both one-on-one as well as in group settings.<br>
5. Provides patient instruction in the use of and administration of injectable medications, Continuous Glucose Monitoring systems (CGMs) and Insulin pump therapy.<br>
6. Performs physical examinations and provides preventative health measures appropriate to patient needs.<br>
7. Works collaboratively with physicians and other to triage diabetes-specific clinical calls from patients and direct care appropriately.<br>
8. Orders, interprets and evaluates appropriate lab and diagnostic tests to assess patients&rsquo; clinical problems and health care needs.<br>
9. Arranges for appropriate plan of care and follow-up based on outcome of diagnostic, lab, and physical assessment findings.<br>
10. Performs laboratory tests appropriate for specific patient population.<br>
11. Orders medications and writes prescriptions according to organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.<br>
12. Records pertinent patient care findings in the medical record.<br>
