<div>In collaboration with the business development team, responsible for all aspects of proposal developmentnsuring security and integrity of all proposal documentation, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, and directing production of final master proposal.

Reports to: Marketing Manager or Regional Marketing Manager

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Independently define, schedule and manage the proposal preparation process, including identifying details and staffing required.
</li><li>Organize presentation rehearsals, including actively supporting facilitators and coaches.
</li><li>Establish the electronic file structure, access, and back-up capability and procedures for all proposal materials on the team's server system and firm's intranet including Sharepoint and CRM.
</li><li>Generate custom copy for proposals and presentations, including writing/editing text, design layout, custom graphics, tailoring resumes, integrating schedules, with minimal oversight and input from the marketing manager and/or sales lead
</li><li>Develop a plan for final production cycles and resources required
</li><li>Coordinate and maintain the internal flow and review of all proposal inputs and outputs
</li><li>Supervise the daily operations of vendors
</li><li>Works with Community Affairs Manager and Marketing Manager to set up, promote and execute pursuit-specific outreach programs
</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of government contracts, FAR and GSA</li><li>
Create project award submittals and search for award opportunities.
</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with marketing counterparts of clients, potential clients, architects and engineers.
</li><li>Monitor media sources for pertinent information relative to specific pursuits.</li><li>
Participate in local media events, civic and professional group meetings, client industry trade associations and community and industry activities to enhance the image of the company.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be 74,000.00 - 91,000.00 USD annualized.

Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from accredited degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required, and minimum of 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li><li>Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or business to business professional service industry experience</li><li>Proactive, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and contribute ideas</li><li>Knowledge of marketing and construction business acumen</li><li>Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills with ability to work across department levels</li><li>Knowledge of brand management, graphic design, and layout skills</li><li>Research skills and technical writing with ability to proofread, edit, and translate information into meaningful content</li><li>Able to leverage marketing experience and knowledge to offer innovative design and process solutions</li><li>Knowledge of Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) response processes</li><li>Able to absorb information quickly in deadline-driven and team environment</li><li>Supervisory experience, desired</li><li>Thorough, accurate, organized, and productive</li><li>Analytical skills to solve problems and make decisions and adhere to business policies and guidelines</li><li>Project management experience, able to multitask and prioritize competing demands</li><li>Able to maintain quality control against established standards</li><li>Ability to assess best value with vendor contracts</li></ul>
