Job Summary</b></p>
Summary<br>
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research experience in partnership with healthcare providers, student-athletes, and researchers. Understanding when a student-athlete is ready to return to play after concussion is an important decision, because of the risk of repeat injury and prolonged recovery that may result from premature return to play. Dr. O'Neil was awarded a grant to determine if a new dynamic, exertion test helps healthcare providers with return to play decision making after concussion. The Clinical Assessment of Sports and Physical Exertion (CASE) is a sub-maximal exercise test that assesses a student-athlete's ability to handle dynamic and multidirectional movements after concussion. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be working directly with healthcare providers at a local high school to administer the CASE to student-athletes recovering from concussion. You will also play a key role in participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and informed consent; scheduling and coordinating study visits; data collection; regulatory and IRB-related activities; and participant remuneration.<br>
<br>
**As part of this role, the incumbent will regularly travel to a local high school in the greater Boston area to support study-related activities. Candidates must have reliable access to transportation that enables timely and consistent travel to and from the work site.**<br>
<br>
Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, provides assistance on clinical research studies, including recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, etc.; and maintaining and updating data generated by the study. Candidates who are in the process of completing their bachelor's degree have a six-month grace period from their hire date (up to one year if starting on a per diem basis) to provide degree equivalency verification.<br>

The Territory Manager will target acute care customers by selling and servicing Coloplast's portfolio of Ostomy Care product lines.</div><br>

<li>Effectively engage all targeted accounts as well as develop and execute a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives, including analyzing key sales and marketing data to determine the most leverageable opportunities in the territory</li>
<li>For all targeted accounts, understands customer's environment, including who the clinical, financial and other key decision makers are, their key issues/concerns, including challenges and opportunities for Coloplast</li>
<li>Ensures timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments</li>
<li>Understands Financial Business Models and conducts cost/benefit analysis</li></ul><br>

Selling Skills:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategy and presents value proposition including financial and clinical impact
</li><li>Plans daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, development of sales process, etc.
</li><li>Utilize all available tools to maximize sales growth including, but not limited to GPO and IDN contracts, marketing directives, sales reports and educational materials
</li><li>Knowledgeable of competitive activity and sales volume in each targeted account</li><br>

<li>Retain and grow business within current customer base by identifying opportunities and help formulate sales strategies

<li>Clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge

<li>Organize and manage information utilizing CRM tool as directed
</li><li>Maintains current records and administrative duties, including sales reporting and expense management</li>
</ul><ul><li>Essential Qualifications:</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR</li>
<li>2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR</li>
<li>7+ years of med tech sales experience</li>
Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight <li>- 25% - 50%</li>
<li>Employees in this role are expected to meet healthcare customers in person at their facilities or healthcare systems; therefore, this will require completion of credentialing requirements that meet the access requirements of each healthcare facility or system</li>
<li>Employees must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license, as driving will be required for this position</li>
